This Week in Web Design is hosted by HOW Interactive Design Conference board member and speaker Jose Caballer.
In the latest episode, Jose and his co-host, Aure Gimon, chat with Eric Reiss about usability and user experience. Eric is author of “Usable Usability” (find Eric on Twitter). They tackle various questions about the topic, starting with creating a straightforward definition of user experience design—as Eric explains, it’s a series (emphasis on series) of interactions between people and devices and events. And user experience is the sum total, what’s left in our heads at the end of that series.
