Site of the Day: html5rocks.com/webappfieldguide

The book motif has been done so much online it borders on annoying, so I usually dismiss websites that use it rather quickly. But this particular one somehow broke through my block and won me over. The site’s ability to adapt to my browser size caught my attention: Turning pages works great on large screens, but is usually problematic on small ones. This site changes the content’s formatting when you shrink down the browser (or view it on a mobile device). This is a fantastic use of a tired style.
