Wedding websites set up by civilians usually follow a template: Put together a page with RSVP info, a few studio photos, the story of how the couple met, and a few links to hotels and registries, and you’re set. But designers Russ Maschmeyer and Jessica Hische just took wedding website design to a new level. Their one-page wedding website uses parallax scrolling, web type and illustrations created by talented friends to tell the story of how they got engaged. This site is so gorgeous that you’ll probably get a little teary-eyed even if you don’t know the couple.
