This portfolio site for a UK-based user interface designer is complete with ribbons, a circular (and centered) logo, a mix of subtle scrumptious textures, a variety of intense colors, an image slider, custom typefaces, page scrolling detection for navigation, a return-to-top button … and the list goes on. Don’t get me wrong, though: The site is delicious and effective in countless ways. It clearly shows the designer’s appreciation for modern styles, his understanding of great user interface design, and the ability to implement both.
